Which Modular is now the best investment?

Well, I would say right now the best investment is to get The Palace Cinema. It is going to retire soon! I had a small talk with one of the LEGO employees and she told me, while I was buying the Palace Cinema set, that is great that I got it because it is the first Modular to retire. This is still unofficial from LEGO, but considering that it was released in 2013. You should get it because it is a corner building, and they are quite rare. 


Still, it would be logical that LEGO retires the Pet Shop first, but maybe the sales are still going well with that modular. The Grand Emporium was released in year 2010 and it is RETIRED. The Pet Shop in the year 2011, and the Palace Cinema in 2012.

Who knows, right?

10 tips how to get more subscribers

Hello guys, just recently I got 500 subscribers! I want to thank all people who are subscribed! Today I wanted to help you get more subscribers with many tips about making a successful YouTube channel.

1.    Buy a good quality camera and a tripod:

A good camera is very important for making great quality videos. A tripod is very useful because your videos will be less shaky.

2.    Make your videos short:

Try to keep your videos between 1 to 3 minutes long. If the video is longer many people will most likely stop watching or drop out after few minutes.

3.    Get some editing software:

Try making your videos as much professional as you can, and editing software could be very helpful.

4.    Make plenty of videos:

Two videos per week is perfect, daily videos are often not recommended because you will get less views because your subscribers might not be able to watch them daily.

5.    Don't make sub4subs:

Trading subscriptions won't get you anywhere. Only the number of your subscribers will grow but you won't be getting any views and barely any new comments. 

6.    Speak up!

Don't be shy, if they can't hear what you are saying many people will stop watching your videos.

7.    Try to get loyal subscribers at the beggining.

Loyal and active subscribers will help a lot because you will be encouraged to make better videos.

8.    Be polite!

If you are going to be rude to your subscribers they will possibly unsubscribe. Also don't swear.

9.    Put background music in your videos:

Try to find some really enjoyable music for the background of your videos. Don't make it to loud so people can understand what you are saying.

And finally: Your subscribers like your attention:

Try to be very supportive on their channels, too! The are like you, they like to see new comments.
